At VYLAQ, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our refund guidelines below.

## 1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- A valid order number or proof of purchase must be provided.

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or usage reasons.

We do **not** offer refunds or returns for:

- Used or damaged items not caused by shipping  
- Clearance or final-sale items  
- Personalized or custom items

- Items returned after 30 days of delivery

## 3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 7 days of delivery with:

We will replace the item or issue a full refund.

Orders can only be canceled before the item has been shipped.  
Once an order is in processing or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If you refuse delivery or provide an incorrect address, shipping fees may be deducted from your refund.
